BLACKPINK’S JENNIE STUNS IN NEW CALVIN KLEIN SPRING 2024 CAMPAIGN
When BLACKPINK member Jennie Kim isn’t wearing Chanel, she’s probably wearing Calvin Klein. The musician and actor has been a face of the iconic American sportswear brand since 2021, dropping her own capsule collections and posing for campaign imagery. In the new spring 2024 campaign, shot by beloved fashion photographer Mert Alas, Jennie is embracing the cowgirl aesthetic in denim and boots.
This isn’t straight off the ranch cowgirl style, however, so if you were hoping to see Jennie in a denim tuxedo and Stetson hat, you’ll have to wait. In exclusive new images from the campaign shoot, we see Jennie doing western style her way — with a touch of CK, of course. The pics, shot in black and white, show the singer posing in front of enormous windows with the city behind her, wearing a black bralette and matching boxer brief-style shorts with the signature Calvin Klein logo band on both the top and the waistline, plus an oversized denim jacket (the Classic Trucker Jacket) tossed over the top.
In another shot, Jennie wears a black bra with spaghetti straps, Intense Power logo bikini underwear, and black patent leather cowboy boots. She wears the boots again with a cute pair of the High Rise Mini Denim Shorts and the Refined Denim Zip Jacket, proving that you can easily add touches of the cowgirl chic aesthetic to your daily outfits and make it your own, especially if you have a few great basics to build from.
No matter what she’s wearing, the BLACKPINK member loves working with the Calvin Klein crew. “I was so excited to come back for this campaign for their iconic jeans and underwear,” she said in a statement. “I love the denim zip-up jacket paired with the shorts, as it’s such an effortless and sleek look that is also super comfortable. Shooting in Calvin Klein underwear always makes me feel so powerful – the bold waistband and lace details make it so easy to tap into my confident side.
